Reports

When users open the “News” menu, the “Latest Infographics” section appears at the top of the screen. It presents weather and water information in a clear, easy-to-understand visual format. The system provides two main types of infographics:

• 1. Situation warning infographics Visual media that warn about disasters or weather conditions requiring close monitoring, such as areas at risk of heavy rain or advance warnings of critical water levels, so the public can prepare in time.
  

• 2. Situation report infographics Visual summaries of statistics and overall water, marine, or climate conditions at regular intervals, enabling users to track environmental trends accurately.
  

How to use:

• Scroll through the infographic list and tap an image to enlarge it and clearly read all accompanying details.

View a day-by-day situation summary. The system classifies the information into three types to provide a clear view of each event.

• Monitoring Reports on at-risk areas or factors that require close monitoring during the day.

• Current conditions Reports on actual conditions and statistics measured on that day.

• Forecasts Reports on weather and water-level trends expected in the near term.

Weekly reports summarize changes and key indicators from the past week.

Monthly reports provide statistics and analysis of monthly water and weather conditions.

Annual reports summarize yearly conditions for comparing overall trends and statistics across years.

Users can search for events, select an item of interest, and view detailed historical information for each event. Events are divided into two main categories:

1. Flood Events

• Use An archive of past floods, inundation, and flash floods.

• Details Select a flood event by time period or area to view information such as the affected area, accumulated rainfall that caused the event, and a summary of the damage.

2. Drought Events

• Use An archive of droughts and water shortages in each region.

• Details Select a drought event to review statistics for the dry period, severity trends, and water levels in reservoirs or natural water sources during that period for planning and further research.
