2026 rainfall outlook. - Total annual rainfall is approximately 1,411 mm, which is 88 mm (~6%) below the 30-year average.
- Nationwide average rainfall isprojectedtobebelow the 30-year average by approximately 11% in October 2026, 32% in November, 16% in December, 67% in January 2027, and 62% in March 2027. In contrast, nationwide average rainfall in February 2027 is projected to be approximately22% above the 30-year average.
