Personal Profile
Users can edit their personal information on the user account page.
Linked Accounts (SSO)
ThaiWater supports login via SSO for convenience and security. Users can link their existing account with external systems as follows:

Tap to select the connection method you want.

The system will redirect to the SSO Login page; enter your login credentials and confirm the connection.

The system will display a connected symbol if the connection is successful.
*หมายเหตุ: กรณีไม่สามารถเชื่อมบัญชีได้ กรุณาตรวจสอบว่าได้มีการนำบัญชี SSO เหล่านั้นสมัครสมาชิกไปแล้วหรือยัง หากสมัครไปแล้วจะไม่สามารถนำมาเชื่อมได้ กรณีต้องการยกเลิกเชื่อมต่อ
Favorite Stations
ผู้ใช้งานสามารถบันทึกสถานีที่ต้องการติดตามข้อมูลเป็น “สถานีโปรด” เพื่อให้เข้าถึงข้อมูลได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น และสามารถตั้งค่ารับการแจ้งเตือนจากสถานีเหล่านั้นได้หากมีการเปิดใช้ฟีเจอร์แจ้งเตือน
How to Add Favorite Stations

Open the station detail page or the desired dataset.

Tap "Add Favorite Station".

The system displays a "Saved successfully" message; tap Close.

Tap the "Favorite Stations" menu at the top.

The selected stations will be displayed.

My Area
Users can select areas of interest or relevance (such as residential or work areas) to quickly view weather, rainfall, and surveillance data for those areas via the Area Page, including setting up alerts for important area data.

Alerts & Notifications
Users can set up notifications for various important data from the ThaiWater system, such as changes in water levels, heavy rainfall, or alerts for specific areas of interest.
