Issue Reporting

If users find that data on the ThaiWater website is incorrect, out of date, or contains errors, the system provides a channel to report the issue directly from the data point (POI) or data map screen.

This feature enables the ThaiWater team to verify, correct, and improve data quickly, while also giving the public and users an opportunity to participate in maintaining data quality.

How to Report an Issue

1. When viewing the details of any station (POI) or the data map page

2. Click the “Report Issue” button on that station’s information window.

3. Fill in the form that appears.

💡 Tip: If you are a local official or have real data from an incident, please attach evidence or provide as many details as possible for efficient verification.
